Bruschetta Pasta

Bruschetta Pasta
  • 8-10 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 c balsamic vinegar
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T shredded parmesan
Sautee garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes and cook until juicy. Add basil and cook until wilted. Top with balsamic vinegar and cook another minute. Salt/pepper to taste. Top with shredded parmesan. Serve over pasta.

--You can also add diced chicken to this
